Poorly managed - Recensione dipendente - Assembly Technician presso Astley

From my experience Astley look like they are continually investing in improving their internal processes and looking after staff. I really like the fact they are joined to schemes like Mates in Mind for example. They are a big company and it's hard to get the balance right but I am pleased to feel like I am listened to and have a forum to feedback. The people are all really friendly and although busy, always have the time to offer support.

It's a large company, a busy company and it's sometimes hard to get to know people from other departments which is a shame.

Cant think of any good things

No pay rises 40 Hour week Asked to work weekends with no pay Directors take £600,000 out of accounts but staff get no bonus Pay people off every Christmas When you are over paid you get made redundant and they employ cheaper staff
