Everyone is busy so it can be difficult to get ahold of people when you need help with something only they can do

They feed you but it’s gets old really quick.

So this company has been in a death spiral for the last couple years. Constantly overworking the team till the point of failure upper management has no clue how to track work progress. Unrealistic deadlines, Bitter engineers, lack of process development and technical writers.
