      A lot of talented and smart folks, and the company is going through a tough time; so if you are new to the software sector and not mind working long hours, you can learn a lot of stuff.

      Difficult to have work-life balance; although there is unlimited PTO, but you would be discouraged from taking more than 2 weeks per year. The CEO does not like folks working remotely and tried to get everyone to go in 5 days a week even when I am doing > 2.5 hrs commute every day.

      They feed you but it’s gets old really quick.

      So this company has been in a death spiral for the last couple years. Constantly overworking the team till the point of failure upper management has no clue how to track work progress. Unrealistic deadlines, Bitter engineers, lack of process development and technical writers.
