      CEO is too dominating and not accepting people with opinions against his own. Because CEO has hired extensively from his former company Roche a big chunk of 'old' talent in the organisation has left or is on the verge of leaving.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
