There is a lot if growth opportunity if you are willing to work hard and re- locate. There employ a lot of smart people so you can learn a ton.

      There are not a lot of growth opportunities if you are not willing to re-locate or happen to live close to DE. The workload can get very heavy very heavy at times.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
