      With such a big company it is hard to get foot into other departments unless someone gives you a good word, and have to be very careful as a temporary because most times you won't get a permanent position

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
