Only their favourites tend to be promoted so it's not merit based. Line managers don't provide any proper guidance and throw you into projects and blame you when things go wrong Directors can be good at their work but most aren't good at being people managers No structure at all No feeling of being a team or becoming a team Company is expanding, but lack of resources and promotions are on hold
