Started off well 4 years ago. They would let you run your projects without interference, or demand you do other work outside of your normal project work.

Recent management changes are destroying the company. When given unrealistic SOW, projects are destined to fail. Raise all the alarms you can, but it falls on you. No recourse. Management requesting added work that nobody will use or look at. Follow processes that do not apply to projects and create busy work. Too many people with out projects and ‘on the bench’, they will NOT pay you or honor their word that they will guarantee you a paycheck. They will terminate you, despite you making them major $$ for years.
