      - Good working environment if some people are not around - You can choose to work on a good variety of problems and projects - You can work with some new technologies - Peers are nice to work with, although the best developers/engineers are not here as some my claim

      Svantaggi

      - Bad management (it almost does not exist) - Bad communication - You're just a number, they don't really care about you - I've never seen so many people fired for no reason - Very classy - No idea where are they going as a company; owners made money with other companies so this one is a just a toy, and so are you
