The job itself is not hard but it is monotonous, I can see it being a good first job for someone starting their career. Management is fine but they have a "it will be fine" attitude instead of really taking in the opinions of the people who actually do the work when implementing changes. Your pay will suck and expect a barely 3% raise every year.
