Appalling training, old fashion call center environment, script driven communication. In case of target under achivement for 2 quarters in a row, the contract is revised and degraded, which means the salary gets decreased. The call center is still using , dialer, which is an automated system sending calls to 1000 contacts and once someone picks up the phone the call comes to you, means you can never leave you sit for 2 sec. You have to take 'comfort breaks' once you go to the toilet. You get harassed if you are late for 2 min coming from the lunch time break or in the morning. The place is depressing, with a very high turnover, you have a feeling like you are one of a million chickens in a slaughter factory.
