Since most of the software and tools are built internally, there can sometimes be unexpected bugs or issues that pop up. It’s part of the process, but it can make things a bit unpredictable at times. There’s also a lot of “tribal knowledge” within the company , meaning a lot of important information and processes are known mostly by long-time employees. It can take a little while for newer team members to get fully up to speed without that direct guidance.
Additionally, the company can sometimes feel a bit reactive to client needs and demands instead of being more proactive. It’s clear they want to keep clients happy, but that can occasionally lead to sudden changes in priorities or last minute adjustments.
