There's daily dressup days, employee appreciation evens (most recently, they brought a carnival to the center), and game rooms throughout the building. Their incentive plan is a breeze to understand and is very obtainable, if you are dedicated and come to work everyday. Their medical benefits are comprehensive and are fairly priced.

Because Asurion services multiple clients, it makes it difficult for teammates to gain a complete understanding of the business, as a whole. This makes it slightly difficult when teammates are looking for career opportunities outside of their campaign.
