Work life balance is a joke -Many teams refuse to meet even the most basic standards of quality. Complacency is rampant and many teams refuse to adapt to new technologies -The culture is toxic. Expect an environment of constant negativity, threats, bullying from management, everyone trying to throw others under the bus to save themselves -Management holds meetings about "personal development" that are full of veiled threats of being placed on improvement plans and having your bonus stripped -When major issues occur, the blame game is in full effect. It seems like finding a scapegoat is preferable to finding a solution, and don't expect management to have your back. They will happily throw you under the bus to preserve the status quo and make themselves look better
