A lot of miles on your car(I went from 20k to 70k in a year of driving fill time.) it is pretty hard to move up in this company, the only other position above expert is the coach, which will most likely go to the person with the best numbers. Jobs are given out based on numbers, so if you don’t get enough sales, expect your job volume to go down, as well as your mileage check. The company will believe the customer over you if you get any type of complaints. You don’t get paid for the ride back unless it is 50 miles. Your driving radius is 120 miles, so you could be driving from Charlotte to Winston multiple times a week. There is no sense to the way they place jobs, so expect a lot of driving back and forth. They will not move jobs if your route doesn’t make sense... “do your best”.
