the company doesn't care about their customers at all, only on paper and to get you to metrics but won't do anything to solve issues, they're more focus on you spending less than 5min on the phone with the customer than in actually helping and solving their issues, which results in very angry customers who are cursing and yelling at you, and when you get out of your way to actually help people, the company will come after you.
