The management team in Global Indirect Procurement has no vision, no direction and no plans for how to build a professional procurement organization. They all act like they are short timers. They provide little or no leadership to a new organization. They are only concerned about the short term cost savings. They are not interested taking the organization to the next level that will provide opportunities for the staff to grow and develop.
