They recently upped pay from $9.50hr to $11.00hr Lots of incentives. Easy to earn extra money. Lots of Overtime. Things like schedule slides and VTO.
Svantaggi
Very repetitive work. Customers, angry, don't want to take direction, very easy to get upset. If you are able to deal with these type of people all day, then you will excel. It gets frustrating when you have an upset customer and no one to help with a problem that cant seem to be resolved(tech support) without you breaking script thus getting penalized. But this just wasn't for me. Someone who thrives in this environment would be a perfect fit .
