Vantaggi
a few teammates genuinely try to support each other
Svantaggi
It was a really bad experience. The owner cling to control so tightly that the whole place feels unstable. Every few months they shift direction with no accountability, leaving teams confused and exhausted. The forced positivity mixed with nonstop pressure drains you to a mental low you don't notice until you're completely burnt out. Praise doesn't exist, even when you pull off impossible tasks, and somehow problems always land on your lap whether they were your fault or not. The amount of chaos is unreal. You can't make long-term plans because initiatives get scrapped without warning. Leaders act like they want feedback, then twist your words into something to use against you later. They even push you to point out flaws in coworkers, which feels like a crime against team trust. The environment becomes a survival game instead of a workplace. Workload is crushing, and the extra layers of admin and micromanagement make everything worse. People with authority make decisions that create even more problems, yet nothing changes because speaking up only puts a target on your back. By the time you realize how much the stress has worn you down, you're already mentally checked out and dreaming of the day you walk away. Overall, this place is a mess built on control, guilt, and instability. If you value your peace of mind or any sense of fairness, avoid it. No job is worth feeling like you're fighting for your sanity every single week.
