I cannot think of any finance company in luxembourg worse than this, Not even adequate chair to sit and work. Old and faulty laptops to work with. Super toxic environment. Bad management Management messaging employees in weekends and expect response. Minimum wages paid to Junior employees. No professional development.

The worst workplace of my career, a feeling shared by many former colleagues. Seniors were not respectful and personal contribution was neglected. We felt like replaceable parts, a perception reinforced by a pattern of regular firings. Unsurprisingly, good employees leave.
