Barely any safe parking. Stressful workplace with no medical, dental, vision or other benefits offered. Some supervisors are willing to assist, others not so which contributes to the stress factor. Average level of disorganization, which causes comunication problems within clients and call center company. Coachings and improvement sometimes lacks fairness.
