Overlook good candidates for promotions; it's like they want the ones they can manipulate. Paychecks may be underpaid from time to time. Minimal communication; usually occurs only if they are required to. Gossipy environment; managers specially promote this. Unfulfilled promises; prizes, incentive programs, changes, etc. People getting fired all the time from any position. Overall tense and toxic environment. The list goes on.
