Scam of a job - Recensione dipendente - Call Center Representative presso Atento

Nothing was good about this job. The only thing good was I got paid to work which is what I was hired for. The management was very vague and disrespectful 24/7 they would input their opinions in agents personal lives and would gossip. There was people having s8x in the bathrooms and smoking weed, it was a place for junkies and hood rats. All everybody did was get drunk and blame agents. Management didn’t care about anybody but their company, also commit fraud on taxes and will make you pay penalties for 401k, won’t let you withdraw your 401k so you’re forced to terminate
