Vantaggi
It’s remote and there is a lot of free time due to the lack of clients and the removal of critical roles needed to operate.
Svantaggi
Senior leadership C suite demonstrates a consistent lack of maturity and professionalism. There is a culture of entitlement, blaming others but themselves, gossip and demeaning behavior combined with poor decision making. The company itself is deeply unstable, so to anyone looking for a place to grow, build a career and rely on long term stability should look elsewhere, we have been promised to transfer to legal entity several times and they always cancel, compensation is among the lowest in the industry, they change of opinion, goals and priorities daily, so it’s impossible to keep up and there is no clear direction or ownership you have to figure it out. After the massive layoffs executed one week before Christmas many of us still don’t know who remains at the company or who left. That decision alone speaks volumes about leadership’s strategic thinking, employee care and overall judgment. Leadership recently claimed that December was a great month with strong sales, but based on consistent historical data, december has always been the weakest/lowest sales month, who hires and pays for an EA while on holidays? If sales truly performed that well, why proceed with such aggressive layoffs during the same period especially right before the holidays. You can’t credibly claim record sales while simultaneously terminating large portions of your workforce (1/3 of it globally). As for the new President of the company, (former COO), the current state of the organization is your responsibility. You were present, involved and participating in these decisions. It’s unclear what is expected to change under the same leadership that helped to create the problem. Continuing to push the narrative of “we all knew the service change was the wrong decision” only highlights a failure of accountability. If leadership knew why it was wrong, why did y’all approved it? Where was the intervention? Sadly nothing is standardized, core operations, training, recruitment and internal processes are all inconsistent and poorly defined. There is lack of structure alignment and competent execution. In short, it’s a mess and the issues start at the top.
