People are collaborating only with those who "are 20 years together and know each other since childhood". - Career opportunities are clear.. for elite people in the upper management, already taken promotions every single year. - Upper management has forgotten that their titles are mostly about TAKING RESPONSIBILITY and decisions. They are tactically push this to the middle management or random staff. Poor management and dangerous decisions for this core organisation for the greek economy, standing steel by chance or mistake.
