President/CEO takes advantage of employees. As mentioned in other reviews, he was ordered by the BC Labor Board to pay 500k in back wages to employees, but instead purchases new hardware and equipment, and tries to get employees to discount their back wages by 90%. He understands that the Labor Board is slow to act on his malfeasance, so his behavior continues with no consequences.
There is no leadership, no performance reviews. Salaries are late (if paid at all). He encourages employees to leave glowing Glassdoor reviews, so don't believe everything you read that's positive on here. Extremely overpaid resources that seem to be allergic to work.
Senior leadership is out of touch with reality, and have no clear strategic plan for company growth and innovation. They are still holding on to the glory days of a decade ago, and fail to keep up with leaner, more productive firms.
