You are able to work from home which for this specific position is essential as you likely will be a student that is away from the company and going to school. Also the amount of hours it often took where less than expected. There was only one time you were held to meet with the team and management a week.

The downside to the weekly meetings were that often it was wednesday at 5 am to work with a team member based out of india. These meetings were often never that prompt and more often than not lasted a very long and undesirable amount of time.

You can crack the interview easily.

No Management, Totally Disorganized, looks like a shop, one room company, owner's make a decision like a shop owner. Every behaviour is of like shop. on the same day, you can get firing. When I saw, my colleague firing, I was surprised and lots of fear in my mind. He is very skill-full, talented resource. The only problem with him that he does not immediately adjust in this bad environment or shop like environment. Because his experience was of big MNC's. And, He worked previously on big corporate culture. Anyway this company is not meant for him.
