There is real encouragement in your day-to-day work to think outside the box, challenge assumptions, and do the impossible. With the "everyone is a builder" mentality, the possibilities are endless and there is such an exciting momentum palpitating daily. The caliber of people across the org is genuinely high, and the culture of intellectual honesty makes collaboration feel productive.

If you're someone who thrives with a clear playbook handed to you on day one, Atlan may require an adjustment period, but that ambiguity is also where a lot of the growth happens. Processes are often being shaped in real time, which means you have genuine input into how things get built, not just how they get executed!

Don’t believe these fake reviews, Atlan seems like a functioning company but it’s not. It’s a giant mess and it’s all the managements fault. Completely incompetent, ignorant, narcissistic. They ask for your feedback on some ridiculous change they’re making and guess what happens if you stick your neck out? If you’re a current employee reading this be sure to never give them anything, they don’t want your feedback they want you to nod and compliment them on thier wise decision. The most toxic f’d up place I’ve worked in my entire career.
