Management is very understanding towards employee's problems. They treat employees like people, not robots. I believe this is because ANTOnline is a family-owned business, & not a soulless corporation. There are opportunities, frequently presented, to grow professionally. The office location is phenomenal, & the warehouse is state of the art (plus it's air conditioned!). PTO & Benefits are offered, I also received a raise after my 90 days. It's exciting to work around the latest technology, & to provide quality service to customers, coworkers, & vendors.

None. I have worked for Amazon, as well as other online distributors, & ANTOnline far surpasses them in quality work environment.

I was given so many opportunities and chances to learn and grow. They gave me a chance to showcase my skills and used their experience of my work ethic to determine my strengths and future.

There was a higher up who I had to work with that was consistently rude and I felt it was ignored by management.
