      Great people to work with. Doing good, necessary work. A very necessary change in management took place two years ago. New setup makes it a better environment. Flexible work schedules, whether full-time or per diem.

      Management was little to no help in the communication center up until two years ago. The change in management two years ago was exactly what the doctor ordered, but still.. can become a toxic work environment very quickly. The pay isn't great, but benefits are good.

      Wonderful colleagues. Patients are treated well. Doctors, nurses and techs work hard and smart. Always something fun or worthwhile to participate in. Amazing people to work with. 100% deserve a best place to work. I loved Atlantic Health overall. 5 star with a bad apple spoiling the experience.

      Poor communication at the middle management level. Incomplete, misleading communication on specific expectations, poor follow through on feedback, supervisor opinions formed without opportunity from employee to clarify. Very poor process efficiency and unwillingness to hear suggestions or solutions ... we've done it this way for a long time. This goes against corporate I in PRIDE. Slow to implement change and change is poorly implemented without use cases or thinking things through.. from my perspective. Supervisor words and actions are mismatched. Feedback without follow through for clarity.
