Favoritism. Promotion only occurs when you “network” a.k.a. connected with higher ups. Catty, high level bullying environment. No training to enhance career growth. Unqualified individuals promoted to leadership role. No OT. Constant float coverage to different specialities offices more often than should occur. Unrealistic, redundant projects with the providers schedule which impacts patients. Upper management and HR turns blind eye for all complaints from different individuals regarding senior operation manager, supervisors. AMG & management do not present growth opportunities. The reality is you will be seen as a “problem” if you speak up and will remain in the position you were hired you to do until further notice or be push you out with quiet firing.

Wonderful colleagues. Patients are treated well. Doctors, nurses and techs work hard and smart. Always something fun or worthwhile to participate in. Amazing people to work with. 100% deserve a best place to work. I loved Atlantic Health overall. 5 star with a bad apple spoiling the experience.

Poor communication at the middle management level. Incomplete, misleading communication on specific expectations, poor follow through on feedback, supervisor opinions formed without opportunity from employee to clarify. Very poor process efficiency and unwillingness to hear suggestions or solutions ... we've done it this way for a long time. This goes against corporate I in PRIDE. Slow to implement change and change is poorly implemented without use cases or thinking things through.. from my perspective. Supervisor words and actions are mismatched. Feedback without follow through for clarity.
