      Pros—I loved my colleagues that i worked with directly, and I loved the artist I worked with, and it was collaborative.

      Svantaggi

      cons—when the new CEO came in with the new team of people, it just felt like chaos from the start. like children leading children. I saw no opportunity for myself in that environment, so I took a position somewhere else, and they ended up letting almost my entire department go 2 months later.

      Great networking Lots of hands on learning TONS of opportunity but only if you go out of your way to take advantage of your resources

      Little structure You will not learn anything if you don't go out of your way to talk to superiors Unpaid...which adds up quickly in Manhattan
