- Working there feels like a weird life coach podcast where they always shove you tons of books and youtube channels to "educate yourself". - Always emphasizing on "work life HARMONY not balance", requiring you to work even during weekends or holidays, you'll get gaslighted to feel as if you're not good enough or not ambitious enough if you raise up this matter. They always say "communication is important" while they never gave any heads up about working during weekends/holidays before i started working. - Low salary under market benchmark (they do come with other "attractive benefits" after 6 months but i'm not sure who can survive for such long with this kind of work environment. - Everytime I ask for some information about a project, I get pushed down my throat with long meeting recordings (roughly 1hr or more) without any recap, bullet points of actions/current statuses. All they do is send long records of multinational people talking with hard-to-comprehend accents and expect you to swim in those getting your answers. - Crazy meeting schedules, no actual time to work on the tasks then you will also be pushed to finish the tasks. - They try to get you put in 100% of your life into the work with little compensation compared to the real responsibility while manipulating you into "jumping out of comfort zone", "work as it is your own life" in the name of "developing oneself". - Require daily report by video recording, for which I raised up written report to reduce unnecessary workload but still got rejected (weird, because in the end, by doing report we just need to ensure the receiver understand the correct messages regardless in which way it is done). - Manager always smiles, acts like he is supportive and manipulates you to do as he says regardless the reality of the situation, then will try to make you think if you don't like work "hard", you're a total loser. They only want robots not humans. - They worship the EOS in a weird way. In general, if you want to go Elon mode, this is the right one company for you; if not, run!
