The way people are treated in the organisation is quite poor, top management close their eyes to a culture where "management by fear" is abundant. Stress and shortage of people resources adds to the equation so your daily work becomes rather intolerable

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
