The management was a joke, if you are new you WILL be singled out and treated unfairly as possible, the pay was not what was discussed, you also are salary which will not be discussed, and be required to work over time while not being compensated for it. The job you do and the job that is described in the interview are two totally different jobs all together. The work load is rediculous and while you’re killing yourself to catch up the others will sit on their phones watching you run around like a chicken with your head cut off. I showed up an hr early every single day to get caught up because if you worked your regular schedule your going to be staying over to meet requirements all while working for free if working over your normal time. The job is good for people with no skills or fresh out of prison. Or if you can’t pass a drug test.

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
