Very happy place to work, good pay and interesting job to be involved in

Long shifts at 12 hours but not off putting

Staff Manage your own time (when possible)

Pay is low compared to what we have to deal with Clients are rude and expect everything for nothing No Cover support - managers have to go and clean, which is not ideal to do constantly. Training could be better
