The owner shows amazing gratitude to staff. Is easy to speak to and doesn't look down to employees rather works with them to accomplish daily goals.

Management blows. They hire management that will just take orders not take initiative. Rather hire people that will need to be told what to do rather than hire people that know what to do to they rather have them handicapped and need to go to several people before they can make any decisions on a daily basis.

Atlas has good people, people who've been around a long time so it's like family. If you have a good attitude and want to try some new things, the owner is very open to it. I personally found that I was able to join and quickly take on more responsibilities and get promoted.

Svantaggi

It's obvious that some of the folks there are grandfathered into upper management even though their skills and efficiency aren't quite at that level. There are a few disgruntled employees who make advancement challenging or just generally have a bad attitude (but I find this almost anywhere).
