For me the thing that stands out at Atom is how well they look after staffs career progression - I am always bumping into someone who has moved into new challenges and positions - including a young man that has moved from speaking with customers on the phone into computer programming with the full support of Atom - rarely seen such commitment to employee development. You feel really 'looked after' at Atom, regular events and activities from wellbeing to learning a new skill and frankly the best HR team i've had the privilege of working with. Parking is picked on in the reviews but actually although parking right next to the building is only for the early birds the overflow parking is vast and free - hard to beat in Durham
