It’s great to see our people being acknowledged, you are indeed one of them and we thank you for your continued great work. We’re glad to hear you enjoy our benefits, we do make sure these are aligned to our people's needs and are competitive to ensure our people feel valued for their great work.
It’s also great to hear that you can see we support career development. It’s something we’re passionate about at Atom and last year we supported over 100 people to progress to another role in the business. This is around 25% of our workforce! We’re saddened to hear your negative comments about our management team. We’d encourage you to discuss this with your Line Coach or the People Experience team are always open to having a confidential chat to alleviate any concerns you may have.
Priorities do change, and it is a distinct advantage that Atom can respond to changing circumstances to meet evolving customer needs. However, our underlying strategy has not changed, and we remain focused on our core mission.
As with any progressive company we will make decisions that optimise speed of delivery and sticking to our core architectural principles, and as such we will on occasion create technical debt. This isn’t done blindly, and the amount of technical debt we carry is no more or less than similar agile companies.
We are very proud of the near-shore resources that have joined to complement our UK team. The talent we have acquired is exceptional and they are coding to our exacting standards, as verified through our quality checks and walkthroughs.
