Met some good people and learned a lot wearing so many hats. The work itself could be engaging and challenging. There is opportunity to share your skills and knowledge with interns as well. Clientele tended to be pretty high quality.

Where to start... - When the programmers quote out a project, the CEO bullies the programmers into agreeing to faster turn-around times.
