Pay - horrible and the only ones that get good pay are the executive and leadership team, yet, others are the ones that do most of the work.
Executive team is horrible ever since our CEO left - and the reason she left is because of the unethical things that our CFO did. Disgusting. Now we are left to trust our CFO to run our company until the new CEO gets in place?? Ridiculous.
Executive and Leadership team do not hold people accountable. Employees sit around and do nothing for the majority of the day, and leadership sits right next to them and don't say a word, yet the ones that do their work consistently, never get recognized - that is, unless you are on the "golden team"...but most of them are in a special "group" to help make decisions.
