      As my first entry job into the design industry, Atomicdust is and was an amazing opportunity for me. I grew from an intern to a full-time designer here and enjoyed every minute of it. Atomicdust is a company of amazing people and friends that really care about you, the client, and the work created. I have learned so much from working here and I would not have gotten to where I am in my career without the guidance, commandery, and trust from my coworkers.

      I have no real complaints about Atomic. Management was so flexible with work/life balance as well as adjustments with Covid.

      Get to work on some interesting creative projects, and with some talented people. Casual dress code. Free working lunch once a week and other team-building-style perks.

      High employee turnover outside a core group. Below-average pay, below-average benefits, no annual reviews. No room to grow or advance. Very group-focused, with individual efforts not typically recognized or rewarded. No HR or even official company policies, so inappropriate and abusive behavior is often overlooked or tolerated. Company culture is like a cross between a summer camp and a motivational speaker seminar.
