I started off with good pay back in 2013. However, in the 3 and a half years that I have been there, NOT once did I get a raise.

When I first stated there, I felt like I was thrown to the wolves... no guidance whatsoever! In the company that I worked at, people use to get me and another IT guy mixed up on the phone! When people complained to my manager, he would wait until he had "several" complaints and THEN let me know that he was getting complaints about me instead of addressing them individually to check to see if these were even valid. When I had mandatory training, we were given training that had NOTHING to do with my job AT ALL!! It was a waste of time. I was never given the proper tools or support to do my job effectively.
