For small query they will direct you to N' of people who pointless of there work . 2. Initiatives like Well Being At Work Is Useless As Senior Management behave like Human Being At Work " 3 . Senior Management has maintained their own camps of Fav People and their camps only given task to do politics and no performance. 4. No Communication .. Lot of Back Door Rumors !!
