Poor leadership/vision, unethical, minimal to no support, poor tools (spreadsheets for EVERYTHING!), zero marketing. No real opportunities for advancement. Company culture is similar to waiting in line at the DMV (you have to be there to get what you need but that's it). "It's not my job" or "find someone else to help" should be the company motto. Salaried, low level administrative personnel have greater influence than salespeople working on multi-million dollar deals (odd but true and very European). Bottom line: French/European model forced on US market = failure.
