Nice company but poor consultancy - Recensione dipendente - Business Consultant presso Atos

If you are looking to go into consultancy then this is not the place for you. Not a proper consultancy. Nothing like MBB. Many roles are resource based, 'body shopping roles' like admin for public sector clients. The work isn't particularly exciting. Many older staff have been at Atos for years and year, good place to work if you want to coast along. Lack of ambition. Good if you aren't a technical person. They dont invest in skills or proper training of staff Many managers just care about themselves, lack of support, some people overworked so 'no time to care'
