Management is more concerned with CYOA than anything else, and throws the lower level employees under the bus to save themselves every time. Toxic atmosphere where backstabbers are rewarded and encouraged. Management makes poor, uninformed decisions and then blames their employees for their own failures. Worst management team I have ever encountered, with no leadership ability to speak of. Sorry if it seems overly negative, but I am just keeping it real and being totally honest. Unfortunately, stuff rolls downhill, and it all starts at the top...well, at least in Austin anyway.
