Sense of urgency to do things, intelligent and hard working colleagues, very good technical ability, good salaries, good support structure in terms of HR, procurement, technical etc

Very poor senior management ( in terms of strategy clarity, communications, no vision or mission, regurgitating same employees from the parent ATOS etc.), revolving door on employees i.e. high turnover, very corrosive culture, pushing employees 'way beyond' their limit/s, poor work/life balance, lack pf accountability in management and employees, too much of CYA (cover your a**) attitude, siloed mentality, witch hunt to find scapegoats if something goes wrong...oh man....atrocious
