The HR department is ineffective and seems to function without any real authority—just acting on instructions from others. Management carries a lot of ego and attitude, and the company appears to be run like a family-owned setup, dominated by individuals from one regional background. Many leadership roles are filled without merit or proper qualifications, which leads to poor decision-making and internal politics. Overall, it’s a toxic environment where favoritism, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism dominate. Would not recommend for those looking for a healthy and growth-oriented workplace.
