      Lower level staff are nice people. Christmas party is fun. Canteen on site though vastly overpriced and some awful staff working there.

      Management are awful. Us and them mentality. Dreadful pay. Constant cutbacks and low motivation of staff. Huge culture of bullying and perception based judgement of people. No direction or leadership. Hans Meijer is the lead bully and also the country manager, which tells its own story.

      No voice, no opportunity for promotions, runs very lean and employees have too much work on plates for the salary made.
